Shipping & Delivery
At Wax & Willow, we aim to get your orders to you as efficiently as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery: Please allow for our stated fulfilment time before your order is dispatched. We primarily use Royal Mail 24/48 services. While delivery timeframes are based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed, all parcels include delivery confirmation, such as GPS data or photographic proof of delivery. We reserve the right to use alternative couriers when necessary based on package size, weight, or value.
Missing or Delayed Parcels: If your order does not arrive within the timeframe outlined in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at waxandwillow1@gmail.com so we can investigate.

If a parcel is confirmed as missing, we will arrange a replacement.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, a Denial of Receipt form will be required. In some instances, please allow up to 10 working days for our investigation.
Delivery Addresses: Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are happy to resend it, provided an additional shipping fee is covered.
