Frequently asked questions
The secret to a long, clean burn is actually quite simple: always trim your wick to about 5mm before every single light. This keeps the flame steady and stops it from dancing or smoking.
Also, try to let the wax pool all the way to the edges of the jar on your first burn ( 3-4 hours)—it prevents "tunnelling" and ensures you get the most out of every drop of wax. Treat it like a little ritual, and it will reward you with hours of beautiful fragrance.
First burn: let the wax melt fully across the surface (2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick to 5mm before every relight. Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
We use a blend of high-quality natural essential oils and synthetic fragrance oils that meet IFRA safety standards. Fully natural fragrance has limited scent throw — our blends deliver the strongest, longest-lasting performance while remaining cruelty-free and vegan.
Our candles are made with non-toxic, pet-safe soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks. Always burn candles out of reach of children and pets, in a well-ventilated room, and away from anything flammable.
