How to get the most out of your Product:
Candle First Burn:
When lighting a Soy Candle for the first time, allow it to melt all the way to the sides of the container, this should take between 2 to 4 hours. This will give the maximum fragrance and an even burn. Failure to do this could result in ‘tunelling’ which will limit the life of your candle.
Trimming the wick:
Soy Wax doesn’t burn as hot as Paraffin Wax and requires a thicker wick which doesn’t burn 100% and needs to be trimmed regularly. Aim to trim your wick to about 5mm before you relight your candle, which will result in a long-lasting candle without soot and mushrooming of the wick.
Safety:
Don’t burn your candle for periods longer than 4 hours as this could lead to the glass getting too hot and shattering.
Recycling:
All our jars are recyclable, but can also be repurposed for cotton pads, makeup brushes or anything else you may choose
