That is a great question. All of our products are hand-poured right here in our small studio in West Sussex, England. When you buy from Wax & Willow, you are getting something I have personally crafted from start to finish. I’m quite proud of the fact that nothing is mass-produced; every single item is made by me, in my own home, with the same care and attention I’d put into something for my own family. You might find me pouring candles anywhere from 8 till 5, or sometimes even in the middle of the night when the creative spark hits! It really is a labour of love.

Absolutely. This is non-negotiable for me. All of our candles, diffusers, and mists are completely vegan and cruelty-free. On top of that, everything I craft is entirely paraben and phthalate-free. Because I pour everything in my own home, the safety of my family—including my young son and our dog—is always at the forefront of my mind. I wouldn't dream of using ingredients that weren't ethically sourced, or that contained nasty additives I wouldn't want in my own air. I want you to be able to fill your home with fragrance with total peace of mind, knowing that everything we create is kind to the world and completely safe for the ones you love.

As every single product is hand-poured by me, I do carry limited stock. If I have your items ready to go, I’ll get them out to you straight away. If not, I’ll get to work hand-pouring them immediately so they are fresh for you. I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to get your orders to you as safely as possible. While that is generally very reliable, once the parcel leaves my studio, it is unfortunately out of my hands and can sometimes take anywhere from one to three days. Each of my 220g home candles is designed for a long, beautiful, and clean burn. If you follow the instructions and burn it correctly, you can expect it to last between 45 and 50 hours. I’ve put so much care into finding the right balance of pure soy wax and quality fragrance to ensure that you get a truly lasting, indulgent experience. It really is a quality product that’s meant to be savoured, not rushed through. (3–4 hours per session, wick trimmed to 5mm).
